Booking Instructions
Minimum Stay:
- 3 months.
Reservation:
- Upload your ID and complete the required fields.
- Pay a reservation fee (1 month's rent + VAT) for administration costs.
Contract:
- After verifying your documents, we'll draft the contract.
- Contracts must begin on the 1st or the 15th of the month, as payments are processed only for full or half-month durations.
- Water, gas, electricity and internet costs are included in the monthly rent.
- You'll receive the contract via email, along with payment requests for 1 month's rent and deposit.
Signing:
- Sign the contract and provide proof of rent and deposit payment.
- Once the owner signs, we'll finalize the agreement and send you a signed copy.
Check-in:
- Check-in/check-out: Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 (24-hour notice required).
- Outside these hours: Check-ins outside our standard schedule may be possible only upon prior approval. If accepted, an additional fee of €50 + VAT will apply.
- We’ll assist you during check-in to ensure a smooth transition.
Deposit Return:
- The deposit is returned within 30 days after the final invoice and any necessary repairs are accounted for.
Extensions:
- Contract extensions are only possible upon prior request and are subject to availability and owner approval.
