Homevested was born out of a passion for real estate and a desire to create a trusted and transparent platform for both local and international clients.
Our story began with a vision to simplify the complex world of real estate, making it more accessible and transparent for all. Our goal is not just to help you with a single transaction but to build a lasting partnership that extends beyond a single interaction.
Property Manager
I’m originally from an island in Sweden, but I’ve always dreamt of exploring beyond its shores. Since 2022, I’m embracing new experiences and cultures in Valencia.
I’m excited to be a part of Homevested as a Property Manager. Although I’m new to the field, I bring a strong background in customer service (among other professions) where I have honed my skills in addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing diverse responsibilities efficiently. My experience in fast-paced environments has developed my communication and problem- solving abilities, which I believe are crucial for effective property management.
I’m eager to learn and grow in this position and am committed to working hard to meet and exceed the expectations of both our tenants and the Homevested
team.
I look forward to connecting with you and addressing any questions or concerns you may have. Together, we can ensure that our properties and your homes remain exceptional places to live.
Consulting Lawyer
I’m originally from Argentina and relocated to Valencia with my family a few years ago, bringing with me over 12 years of extensive legal experience. As a practicing lawyer specializing in procedural law and litigation, I’ve been involved in more than 250 lawsuits, offering expert advice and defense to leading real estate agencies across Spain. My academic background is equally robust, with over 12 years of formal education, including degrees and postgraduate studies in law.
I’m also an accomplished author, having co-authored two legal books published in Spain and translated into more than 10 languages. My expertise in civil injuries has led to the establishment of jurisprudence in high-profile cases that have garnered significant public and media attention. Additionally, I’ve shared my knowledge as a speaker at national congresses, training notaries and medical professionals in health law.
I’ve had the pleasure of providing legal support to all of Homevested’s clients, working closely with their team to ensure every transaction is handled with the utmost care. My published articles further reflect my deep understanding of the legal field.

With a solid background in real estate and valuable experience to my name, I decided to co-found Homevested with Shannon. At Homevested, we are determined to make your dream of owning a vacation home in Valencia a reality and assist investors in achieving the desired return.

Managing Partner & Real Estate Specialist
Born in The Netherlands and raised in Hong Kong, my diverse upbringing fostered a profound desire to explore the world, eventually leading me to Valencia in 2020.
Having set up office for a large multi-national real estate company, I’ve gained a valuable experience in the real estate industry and also ignited a passion for building and maintaining customer relations.
However, driven by the desire to do things differently, I decided to set up Homevested, together with Julian, so that we could implement our shared vision. We want to ensure that our clients are always provided with the best services, as we believe that they are the heart of the business.
Homevested is looking forward to the opportunity of working with you and offering a tailored and unforgettable service experience!
My name is Bram van den Hurk. I am 23 years old and come from Zijtaart, a small village near Veghel in the Netherlands.
I am in my final year of the Real Estate and Project Development program. I am currently completing my graduation internship at Homevested, where I am working on my thesis and involved in daily operations. My work mainly focuses on renting apartments and rooms.
Alongside my studies, I work during the week at a project developer called Blink. On Saturdays, I work at a construction company. Real estate has always interested me, which also comes from home. My father is a real estate agent and introduced me to the world of housing and property from a young age.
At Homevested, I am involved in renting and selling rooms and apartments in Valencia. I also do this in the Netherlands with apartments and residential properties, so the work aligns well with my previous experience.
I have always had a strong connection with Spain and wanted to live abroad for a period of time. This was my last opportunity to do so during my studies, so I consciously decided to take this step. With this experience, I am working towards a future as a project developer.
My name is Ramon Leenman. I am 25 years old and I am from the Netherlands. I live in the small village of Hardinxveld-Giessendam.

Alongside my studies, I have gained extensive practical experience in the real estate sector. I have worked for a construction company, an architectural firm, and a real estate developer, which has given me insight into both the technical and commercial aspects of real estate development. Additionally, I spent six months in Curaçao working as a property manager, where I was responsible for the day-to-day management of residential properties.
At Homevested, I am involved in renting and selling rooms and apartments in Valencia. I also carry out similar activities in the Netherlands, focusing on apartments and residential properties, which complements my previous experience.
I enjoy studying and working abroad and value the personal and professional growth that comes with international experience. After my experience in Curaçao, I was motivated to take on another international challenge. Besides the real estate market, I also appreciate the Spanish way of life, including tapas, the beach, and the sunny climate. After studying in Hawaii and Australia, I was looking forward to gaining another international experience, which I am now doing in Spain.
Outside of my studies and work, I like to stay active. In my free time, I enjoy playing padel, going to the gym, swimming, and kickboxing. These activities help me stay focused and motivated, both personally and professionally.
Real estate has interested me for a long time, especially how cities and housing develop over time. Through my experience at Homevested, I am combining my academic background with practical and international experience, which helps me prepare for a future career in the real estate sector.

Alongside real estate, I’ve always had a love for Spain: its culture, food, and sunny days. That’s why I decided to take on a new adventure: an internship in Valencia with Homevested. Over the next five months, I’ll be supporting apartment rentals, searching for new properties, and assisting with other real estate projects.
