Even then, they spend most of their time outside the apartment, ensuring minimal disruption and full privacy for tenants.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, making it ideal for studying or working from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, and the shared living spaces are spacious and comfortable for everyday use.

Tenants also share a modern bathroom, and there's a washing machine in the apartment for added convenience. Booking Instructions 

Minimum Stay:

  • 3 months.

Reservation:

  • Upload your ID and complete the required fields.
  • Pay a reservation fee (1 month's rent + VAT) for administration costs.

Contract:

  • After verifying your documents, we'll draft the contract.
  • Contracts must begin on the 1st or the 15th of the month, as payments are processed only for full or half-month durations.
  • Water, gas, electricity and internet costs are included in the monthly rent. 
  • You'll receive the contract via email, along with payment requests for 1 month's rent and deposit.

Signing:

  • Sign the contract and provide proof of rent and deposit payment.
  • Once the owner signs, we'll finalize the agreement and send you a signed copy.

Check-in:

  • Check-in/check-out: Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 (24-hour notice required).
  • Outside these hours: Check-ins outside our standard schedule may be possible only upon prior approval. If accepted, an additional fee of €50 + VAT will apply.
  • We’ll assist you during check-in to ensure a smooth transition.

Deposit Return:

  • The deposit is returned within 30 days after the final invoice and any necessary repairs are accounted for.

Extensions:

  • Contract extensions are only possible upon prior request and are subject to availability and owner approval.
