The apartment is located in one of Valencia’s most vibrant areas, just steps from the city center and the popular student neighborhood El Carmen. You’ll be surrounded by restaurants, bars, pubs, shops, and have excellent public transport connections including trams, buses, metro, and Valenbisi stations, making it easy to get around or commute to university.

Shared amenities include internet throughout the apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, two bathrooms, and bike storage. The building also has lift access for added convenience.

Booking Instructions 

Minimum Stay:

• 3 months.

Reservation:

• Upload your ID and complete the required fields.
• Pay a reservation fee (1 month's rent + VAT) for administration costs.

Contract:

• After verifying your documents, we'll draft the contract.
• Contracts must begin on the 1st or the 15th of the month, as payments are processed only for full or half-month durations.
• Water, gas, electricity and internet costs are included in the monthly rent. 
• You'll receive the contract via email, along with payment requests for 1 month's rent and deposit.

Signing:

• Sign the contract and provide proof of rent and deposit payment.
• Once the owner signs, we'll finalize the agreement and send you a signed copy.

Check-in:

• Check-in/check-out: Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 (24-hour notice required).
• Outside these hours: Check-ins outside our standard schedule may be possible only upon prior approval. If accepted, an additional fee of €50 + VAT will apply.
• We’ll assist you during check-in to ensure a smooth transition.

Deposit Return:

• The deposit is returned within 30 days after the final invoice and any necessary repairs are accounted for.

Extensions:

• Contract extensions are only possible upon prior request and are subject to availability and owner approval.
